Can foreigners buy property in Dubai?

Yes. Non-residents can buy freehold property in designated areas such as Dubai Marina, Downtown, Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Hills, and can do most of the process remotely.

What are the costs on top of the price?

Typically a 4% Dubai Land Department transfer fee, a trustee/registration fee, the agency commission, and mortgage fees if you finance. We give you the full cost sheet before you make an offer.

Is off-plan safe?

Payments for registered off-plan projects go into an escrow account regulated by the Dubai Land Department. We only suggest developers with a delivery record and check the project's escrow details with you.

How fast do you reply?

Within 15 minutes during opening hours, on WhatsApp or phone. Outside hours, first thing the next morning.

How do I know an advert is genuine?

Every property advert in Dubai must carry a DLD advertising permit number and QR code. Scan it to see the property's verified details on the Dubai REST app.
